What is the benefit of working at a festival or event with DCSS?

For a start - you get paid!

You also get:

  • Fed via meal voucher or money to buy food.
  • A crew pass and uniform.
  • Access to crew camping facilities in a secure area.
  • Access to the crew café, bar, toilets, and showers!
  • Time to enjoy the festival - all DCSS staff are welcome to enjoy the festival when off-shift!

Can I see some bands?

We do our best to help you see the bands you’d like to see!

Our staff often swap shifts, take a late lunch etc so they can see the bands they'd like to – it is a festival after all!

What is the difference between a Supervisor and a Manager?

We have numerous supervisors at festivals and events managing teams, areas, overseeing specific tasks.

We have between 1 and 4 managers at a festival or event; the managers oversee the company as a whole.

How do I become a Supervisor or Manager?

We select Supervisors and Managers based on experience and responsibility.

If you work in a supervisory capacity away from festivals and events please note this in your application and email a CV to Admin@DCSiteServices.com.

Supervisors and Managers usually arrive early, work longer shifts, and leave late!
